All of my sessions are done through Telehealth which is a face-to-face, live video communication platform that is secure and HIPAA compliant. You will still get the same quality of service as in-person-counseling, but from the comfort of your home or wherever you are; therefore, ideal for busy people.

Now, you no longer need to waste time driving, rushing in traffic, finding parking and spending money in gas. You don't need to sit in a waiting room feeling awkward in front of people. All you need is an internet connection! Find a place where you feel comfortable and enjoy a wonderful session. Isn't that awesome?

A bit about my practice

I work with individuals, couples, adolescents and families. I specialize in relationship counseling, anxiety disorders and depressive mood, but also work with many other problems.

I'm a licensed mental health counselor, certified hypnotherapist, addiction specialist, and mindfulness trainer. I use this and many other tools to help my clients move forward in life.

I treat clients from a holistic perspective as everything is interconnected. I see my clients as team members. Together, we formulate goals and immediately we start tackling the problem so they can start seeing changes as quickly as possible.

I practice from an empathetic and non-judgmental perspective. I avoid focusing on diagnosis or labels. I believe every client is unique and everyone has an innate ability to cope with life challenges.

Usually people contact me for problems like relationship issues, stress, anxiety, depression, panic-attacks, phobias, low self-esteem, self-sabotage issues, substance abuse issues, anger problems, family problems, ADD, ADHD, among others.
